Local chef Jake Pregnell is back, taking over the kitchen at Atelier Wine Bar for a night (or afternoon) of serious cooking. He’s done the hard yards in some of Queensland’s most talked about kitchens such as Rick Shores and Honto and brings that same stripped-back, no-nonsense approach to the plate. This is food with intent. No fuss. No theatrics. Just flavour and confidence.
Expect a five-course long lunch or dinner built around Jake’s signature dishes, alongside a few new ideas he’s been itching to cook. Two wine pairings curated by Mark Smith are on hand to turn this experience up to 11.
