The kitchen opens as usual until 7:45pm for all regular bookings.
The full wine list will be available with extra champagne and sparkling options just to make your night extra fun!
Bookings from 8:00pm onwards are guaranteed a spot and while you don’t have to stay until 1:00am, we’ll be open late for this special occasion.

Local Chef Jake Pregnell is taking over Atelier Wine Bar for an intimate one‑day-only culinary showcase. Known for his time at celebrated Queensland kitchens including Rickshores and Honto.

He will be bringing his signature, no-nonsense approach to our kitchen. Join us for a five course “Long Lunch”, featuring a mix of Chef Jake’s iconic dishes plus some new creations, with the option of two delicious, curated pairings of our favourite wines selected by Mark Smith.

Founded in 2010, NUALA Wines is the vision of French entrepreneurs with decades of experience in the world of wine. they were drawn to the pristine landscapes and exceptional terroirs of New Zealand, they set out to craft wines that reflect both tradition and place—elegant, expressive, and unmistakably unique.

Their vision is brought to life by Paul Martung, a Bordeaux-born winemaker who grew up among the vines at Château Barreyre, his family’s estate. After honing his craft in prestigious wineries across France and Portugal, Paul moved to Australia, where he settled for nearly a decade. There, he deepened his experience working with Sparkling, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Riesling—embracing the dynamic energy of the New World.

Now based in New Zealand, Paul brings together a deep European heritage and a global perspective, infusing every NUALA wine with both classic finesse and contemporary vibrancy.

ATELIER + TRAPEZE WINES Yarra Valley Meet The Maker

Trapeze is a 5 Star Halliday-rated Winery in Victoria's Yarra Valley. Balancing precision, passion and experience, winemaker Brian Conway and viticulturist Malcolm Wiley craft highly respected wines that honour the unique terroir of their surrounds.

Winemaker Brian Conway brings over 25 years of experience from renowned regions, including Beaujolais, Alsace, Sonoma County, the Barossa Valley and Margaret River, to Trapeze in the Yarra Valley.

The name ‘Trapeze’ was chosen to reflect the art of balance (and because the wine game can be a bit of a circus, really!). Making Pinot Noir is also notoriously difficult, and Brian was keen to take on the challenge of producing a perfectly balanced wine. As Brian puts it “On a trapeze, balance is vital. It’s the same with wine”.

Fetherston Vintners is the creative partnership of Chris Lawrence and Camille Koll, brought together in 2013 by a shared love of wine, food, and friendship.

What began as a spirited conversation at a birthday party quickly became a lifelong pursuit. In 2014, driven by a deep connection to the Yarra Valley and a mutual passion for crafting expressive, small-batch wines, Chris and Camille founded Fetherston Vintners. By 2015, their first releases—sourced from trusted local growers—hit the market, capturing both attention and acclaim.

Vintage by vintage, Fetherston continues to evolve, refining both its identity and its wines. In 2022, the pair took a bold step forward, purchasing 40 acres in Hoddles Creek—cool-climate country nestled near Camille’s childhood farm. The journey from tangled berry bushes to future vineyard has begun, with soil regeneration paving the way for a sustainable, estate-grown future.
